Learn the importance of Active Flexibility for performance and injury prevention. Each course participant will learn the theory behind flexibility training and exercises to incorporate into their daily training. Course participants will also receive lifetime access to our Flexibility Series.
Injury Prevention Strategies
This theory based workshop will help your course participants understand the pathology of injuries and strategies to help prevent them from occurring in athletes. We will discuss tracking nutrition, sleep, hydration and key training interventions to apply into their daily routine.
Strength and Conditioning
Need help understanding load management, periodization and exercise selection? This workshop will provide your course participants with the tools to help them build a yearly training plan with the appropriate prescribed load and exercise choice.
Receive a detailed assessment on your current status and work with a coach to help establish your performance goals with a personalized training plan.
You will have direct communication with a coach using face to face video calls and direct messages. You may contact your coach anytime you have questions about your training.
Your coach will help you track your progress along with way with a variety of tracking methods and key milestones to help you feel successful.
